Interpersonal and Group Coaching
What others have to say...
D.M.
Oliver, British Columbia
"Colleen is always concerned with my wellbeing and that is a tremendous lift for
my self-confidence... Knowing she sincerely connects with what's going on in the
moment - Fabulous!  She is an absolute treasure... The best!"
J.S.
Big Sur, California
"I had always described my energy flow as being similar to that of a wound-up rubber band. I was either highly
productive or highly lethargic. It is probably no surprise I came to Colleen in a state of total burn out. Since I did not
know how to follow my dreams without taking on too much, I had just stopped trying altogether. Colleen asked me
shortly into our coaching contract "What brings you joy in your daily life?" I was stumped.  There was plenty of drive
and busyness in my life, but not joy.

Colleen helped me clarify and fine-tune what was most important to me and come up with daily lifestyle actions and
goals to support this vision. I started with what she called "small, sweet steps" but as my success grew and my
confidence built, I was able to take on more and more.
Now after one year I can honestly say I am beginning to live
the kind of life I had only imaged in my "fantasy world"--the one where I am confident, successful, and making
choices or taking actions that I had always wanted to take but never thought possible for someone as 'seemingly'
undisciplined as I.  In the past I had achieved plenty of goals, some with the help of prior personal coaches, but I had
never felt this happy and balanced along the way. I also had never felt this level of satisfaction when the goals were
fulfilled.

The system of coaching Colleen uses helps one to be in integrity with their true purpose, so the goals they achieve are
the ones that give them the most meaning in their life. (It is not possible to get sidetracked with this approach).  It is
for this reason, along with Colleen's masterful, inspirational coaching style that I feel I am achieving so much success
so fast.  Working with Colleen had been a tremendous blessing in my life of which I am extremely grateful. I highly
recommend her services without reservation."

    successful
  3. Always feel tired with low energy and still don't get
    everything done!
  4. Limited satisfaction or symptoms of relief

is seen as a major source of frustration
  6. Little to no time for yourself and can't remember the
last time you took a vacation or did something fun
  7. Life is full of 'unfinished business' that gets put off
  8. Overwhelmed with worry a great deal of the time

    timely manner
  7. Keep promises with ease in small, sweet steps
  8. Discern the voice of wisdom from 'static worries'
  9. Discover inspired, meaningful demonstrations of you
  10. Chart a course to those 'some day, one day' dreams
  11. Design "S.M.A.R.T." goals (and know what is not a
goal) to reach while having support to get there
  12. Consciously recognize and move beyond self-
    limiting conversations using focus techniques
  13. Increased joy in engaging the journey of life with
fresh eyes, promise, and limitless possibility
  14. Cultivation of sweetness in relationships with a win-
win focus of both giving and receiving

What is Group Coaching?
Group Coaching is unique in that you have the opportunity to learn from others and benefit from their
coaching.  Generate even more support from your group peers to keep your promises to your goals and have
others to provide a wonderful mirror for you to see things as never before.  Forge close bonds with people who
come for similar reasons as you.  Some groups may be comprised of homogeneous members, such as college
students, artists and musicians, or families that have children with special needs, which can lend an added sense
of group understanding and conquer many of the common afflictions that prevent success in that particular arena.
Coaching groups can stimulate ingenuity, novel ideas, and inspire sheer determination of will to succeed.
Coaching in a group may be the powerful tool you're looking for and prove to be an effective experience!  You
may decide that group coaching is the best route for you if you
desire:

  • Coaching on a budget
  • A built-in support system with others
  • Slower digestion of coaching tools and concepts
  • An extra 30 minutes per session time
  • Novel learning experiences through shared coaching
  • Stimulate fresh creativity with several unique minds
